SHIPPING

Mini Mesto offers shipping all around Australia. All orders below $150 will have a $10 flat rate for regular postage & $15 for express. IF for any reason a package is sent back to us, you will be charged for delivery once again. All shipping details will be emailed as soon as the order has been dispatched. You can track the status of your order via the Australia Post or the courier’s website. If you receive a damaged package, unfortunately that is beyond our control & you will need to raise a complaint with Australia post. If your order has been lost
in the mail, you will need to contact Australia Post or couriers that your order was dispatched with and advise them of the issue.

*Please keep in mind our slime is made to order and it’s a 3–5 day turnaround + shipping.

RETURNS

Please ensure you have carefully measured and read each products description as we cannot offer any returns or refunds as our slime and accessories are made to order. Once our items have been ordered we will not be able to refund.
